Rishikesh Shintre
Rishikesh founded Mindspring in 2004 at the young age of 28 with a passion to support clients through various stages of their business lifecycle. Rishikesh works closely with clients as their strategic partner and a key contributor in their decision making processes. Under his leadership, Mindspring has successfully participated in several successes of its clients. Prior to setting up Mindspring, Rishikesh had a 5 year stint in the corporate finance practice of Ernst & Young.

Rishikesh has rich experience in corporate finance and consulting, cutting across sectors such as consumer goods, auto, industrial products, metals & mining, engineering, transport & logistics, etc. He has worked with domestic clients such as Datar Group, Meru Taxis, Hindustan Unilever, Whirlpool, Valentine Agro, Finotex Fibrecast and international clients such as Morgan Stanley, H-Farm, Hoerbiger, Kerakoll, Naturex, Pedrazolli, SEPPIC, etc. on a variety of assignments. He has advised clients on M&A projects on sell-side and buy-side; complex projects involving BIFR Schemes and Schemes of Arrangements; cross-border acquisitions (inbound and outbound); independent directorships in foreign companies coming to India; debt syndication for new projects as well as ongoing expansions; and so forth.

Rishikesh is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as a Cost Accountant & Company Secretary. He has several laurels to his credit, including the prestigious All-India Gold Medal in the Chartered Accountancy course.

 

Amol Gokhale
Amol has about 26 years of experience in Strategy, General Management and Business Development roles across sectors like Auto & Auto Ancillaries, Industrial & Engineering Products & Services and Agri Businesses.

Amol is the Head of Business Development initiatives at Mindspring and also assists in formulating appropriate transaction strategies by leveraging his core industry knowledge. Prior to Mindspring, he worked at Bosch, Cummins, NRB Bearings, ATS Elgi & Escorts. In these roles, he was involved in various strategic activities such as formation of joint ventures, cross-border collaborations & dealer network development. Having worked in industry roles in sectors such as auto, engineering and industrial products, Amol works closely with clients on key commercial development activities and with foreign clients in formulating entry strategies in the Indian market.

Amol is a BE (Mechanical) from MIT, Pune.

 

Sagar Kanetkar
Sagar started his career in the field of audit and taxation, and later transitioned to become an astute consultant advising clients on cross-border M&A deals and business advisory projects after he joined Mindspring in 2005.

Sagar is the Head of Engagements at Mindspring and is the key point of contact for clients throughout project execution. His experience spans a wide range of sectors including Engineering, Real Estate, Auto Ancillaries, Mining, Facilities Management, Media and Food Processing. He has worked with domestic clients such as Mars Restaurants, Sky Gourmet, Entertainment World, Finotex and international clients such as CMC Group, Cyberschool and Gulf Cap. As an auditor and tax advisor, Sagar worked with several clients in the hospitality, real estate and transport sectors.

Sagar is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
