Rishikesh founded Mindspring in 2004 with a passion to support clients through various stages of their business lifecycle. Rishikesh works closely with clients as their strategic partner and a key contributor in their decision making processes.
Prior to setting up Mindspring, Rishikesh had a 5 year stint in the corporate finance practice of Ernst & Young. He has rich experience in corporate finance and consulting, cutting across sectors such as consumer goods, auto, industrial products, engineering, transport & logistics, etc. He has advised clients on M&A projects on sell-side and buy-side; complex projects involving BIFR Schemes and Schemes of Arrangements; cross-border acquisitions (inbound and outbound); independent directorships in foreign companies coming to India; debt syndication for new projects as well as ongoing expansions; and so forth.
Rishikesh is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Cost Accountant & Company Secretary. He has several laurels to his credit, including the prestigious All-India Gold Medal in the Chartered Accountancy course.
Rishikesh Shintre is an avid reader and enjoys playing tennis regularly. He and his family are actively involved in philanthropic activities through their own family trust.
Anup has global experience working with MNC companies, Private Equity groups and has been a Start-Up co-founder. Anup works as a trusted advisor to CEOs/senior management for all financial related activities.
Anup has experience across sectors like financial services, telecommunications, technology (Enterprise, B2C, SaaS, Consulting, Hosting, Software development), auto and fintech among others. He has experience in analyzing businesses/projects from financial, operational and competitive standpoint and strategy execution. He has deep expertise in business decision making support like profit improvement, cash flow management, insightful reporting and analysis and business process improvement to give management better control of business.
Anup is a Chartered Accountant from India and MBA-Finance from University of Illinois, US. His basic education (Master’s in Commerce) was completed from the University of Mumbai.
Anup likes to travel and explore new places, cultures and local cuisines. He enjoys visiting the beach regularly and is currently reading & learning about Vedanta.
Amol has 2 decades of experience in Strategy, General Management and Business Development roles across sectors like Auto & Auto Ancillaries, Industrial & Engineering Products & Services and Agri Businesses.
Amol is the Head of Business Development initiatives at Mindspring and also assists in formulating appropriate transaction strategies by leveraging his core industry knowledge. Prior to Mindspring, he worked at Bosch, Cummins, NRB Bearings, ATS Elgi & Escorts. In these roles, he was involved in various strategic activities such as formation of joint ventures, cross-border collaborations & dealer network development. Having worked in industry roles in sectors such as auto, engineering and industrial products, Amol works closely with clients on key commercial development activities and with foreign clients in formulating entry strategies in the Indian market.
Amol is a BE (Mechanical) from MIT, Pune.
Amol is an active participant in leadership roles in organised business networks. He loves to read a wide variety of books and engages in continuous formal and informal learning activities.

In Mindspring, Parag heads Industrial Consulting, supports Business Development in Industrial manufacturing and equipment sectors and is in charge of all TPM Projects.
Parag has rendered technical consulting to RR Plast Extrusions Private Limited, Elcom and Apex Technopolymer. Prior to Mindspring, he worked with Apex Technopolymer (as CEO), Rinder India Private Limited (as the Head of SCM & Global Sourcing, heading Materials Department) and CSM Software & Kosi Plast (as GM Marketing).
Parag is a BE (Polymer Engineering) from MIT, Pune and he holds a Diploma in Finance Management from NMIMS as well as a Diploma in EXIM from ETTI (Affiliated by IMC).
He is fond of reading technical news, papers. He is interested in attending seminars/ paper presentations on various technical and management programs. He enjoys travelling and exploring new places within India and abroad.

Tejas started his career in 2011 and possess experience in the field of Corporate Laws and Corporate Finance.
He has worked in various sectors such as Education Tech, Retail, Building Material, Healthcare, Auto & Auto Ancillary, F&B, Engineering, etc. He has advised on greenfield JVs. He has also worked with Early Stage Startups right from their White Boarding/Brainstorming stage to successfully getting them Pre-Seed/HNI funding. He has also assisted International Companies to enter into Indian market for setting up their business. He has worked on M&A and PE transactions as well. Tejas also assists in Business Development initiatives.
Tejas is a Company Secretary, LLB and a CA Finalist.
Tejas plays Badminton, enjoys travelling & trekking and is interested in permaculture.

Sonakshi has more than 3 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Auditing, Direct Taxation, International Taxation and Financial Analysis, corporate restructuring, M&A Advisory and debt restructuring. She has worked in various sectors such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Textile, Hospitality, Real Estate, Drugs & Pharma, Auto & Auto Ancillary, F&B, etc.
Having joined Mindspring in 2021, she works with the team on transactions and is responsible for business modelling and deal structuring and works closely with clients in order to prepare in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis on the business, operations, industry and future prospects.
Sonakshi is a Chartered Accountant and has completed her Bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University.
Sonakshi loves painting and swimming. She has won 50+ art, craft & painting competitions at State & Inter-school level.

Riddhi started her practice as a Company Secretary in 2014 and has been serving a mix of corporate clients including listed companies, unlisted companies, foreign subsidiaries, consultants and peer professionals for various corporate law matters.

She is engaged in other para-legal activities like drafting and review of joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, business contracts, franchise agreements. Starting her career in 2008, Riddhi has worked with SCHIL Services Ltd., Dalmia Securities Pvt. Ltd. and Firstsource Solutions Ltd. In these roles, she was involved in various strategic activities such as Secretarial and Legal Compliances, IPO, FPO, right issue, takeovers, delisting, preparing and checking compliance checklists for various applicable laws including cross border laws.

He also looks into special secretarial assignments such as ESOP, Private Placements, Raising Capital through Equity Preference Shares & Debentures, amendments in Memorandum of Associations & Articles of Associations and so on. Starting a career in 2009, he has handled various corporate fund-raising assignments for a leading merchant banker and brokerage house. He was associated as an analyst with rating division of a CRISIL.
